Includes:
- Floors are covered with plastic or canvas drop cloths*
- Light wash dust and dirt and lightly sand chair rail molding surfaces**
- Wood putty nail holes and gaps
- Apply one coat stain and 2 coats of varnish with light sanding in between coats for smoother finish
- Clean up job site: Floors and carpets are thoroughly swept and vacumed, all garbage is removed,
- Touch-up paint is labeled and left with customer
- One-Year Warranty: We have One-year warranty against peeling and blistering paint
*Customer to remove all small furniture and breakables away and all heavy furniture away from working area into the middle of the room, furniture moving by us available upon request at an extra cost
**Does not include washing off grease from surfaces or sealing smoke, grease and water stains, if any of these extra services needed we will estimate the extra cost at time of job
