- EPA lead paint regulations: Homes built before 1978 are subject to EPA lead test performed by our company at no additional cost, homes that are found to have lead an additional cost may apply
- Painting of siding, windows, doors, trim, gutters, fascia and boxing
- Paint Included (2 colors/1 coat, including trim and siding, of premium paint), painting supplies and equipment
- Pressure washing
- Offer covers small repairs, nail holes, minor cracks, etc. Any exterior (wood/stucco) replacements or large repairs will require additional estimate
- 3-story homes or hillside homes that require scaffolding may require estimate for additional charge
- Additional coats or additional priming needed will require an additional charge, to be quoted at the time of service
- Wall height limit for an exterior Job = 24 Feet
